Order Procedure

iGolfEvents.com is dedicated to you and making your event a complete success. We have a huge product selection and want to be sure that you find the perfect products for your event. We also want to be sure you have the absolute best customer service experience. Our customer service department will ensure that your order is on track from product selection to delivery. We understand the complexity in custom items and have the expertise to make the process as hassle free as possible for our customers.

Before placing an order, please create new account. Once you have set up an account, simply choose the products that you want and add them to your shopping cart. You can change the quantity of any item or clear your cart at any time before you check out. Once you check out, your order will be submitted to InterActive Golf.

Our customer service team will process your order; verify your account information, and check the logo art files if your order requires a custom logo. If any additional information is needed, a customer service representative will contact you immediately. We will then send you an order confirmation with an estimated ship date. For non-customized items, the ship date will be between 1-2 weeks. If custom artwork is needed, the ship date can vary between 3-4 weeks upon artwork approval.

Customizable Items

Many of our products can be customized with a logo. Once your order has been submitted and we verify your logo art files, we will send you production artwork within 1 week to you for approval. Once the artwork is approved, the order will be sent to production and a ship date confirmation will then be sent. When your order ships, a shipping confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number.

Order Status

Your order status is available 24 hours online via the “My Account” link at the top of the page. Our customer service department can provide you with up-to-date order status and/or track your order for you. Simply call our toll-free number at 800.514.3222 or e-mail info@igolfevents.com with your order confirmation number to check on the status.

Order Policy

Please check the lead times for each product in the product description. Customized items have a longer lead time due to artwork approval and production. All payments must be made and approved prior to production. Once an order is produced, the sale is final. There will be no changes allowed to the order once it is in production. You may add items to your order, but this may vary the estimated ship dates.

Return Policy

Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of our error, no returns are accepted, and all sales are final. If there is something wrong with the item, InterActive Golf will pay for the return shipping costs. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a return authorization (RA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s). All returns and credits are at the discretion of InterActive Golf.

Updating Account Information

Updating your account information is simple. Click on the “My Account” link at the top of the webpage and login with your e-mail address and password. Once the login is complete you will be taken to “My Dashboard.” From your account dashboard you have the ability to view a snapshot of your recent account activity and update your account information.

How can I be sure my order has been processed once I complete the order online?

My order requires a custom logo. How do I get my artwork to iGolfEvents.com?

You can upload your logo directly to our site when you are placing an order online: We accept the following file formats:

  • .jpeg
  • .ai
  • .dst (for embroidered products only)

Will I be able to approve artwork prior to finalizing my order?

Yes. If your order requires a custom logo, the artwork must be approved by you prior to production. Once you forward your art files to us, a design sheet will be sent to you for approval. Orders will not be produced until you are completely satisfied with the placement and color of your logo.

Once my order ships, how can I track it?

When an order ships, our customer service department will forward you the tracking information via e-mail. You can also call customer service at 800.514.3222 with your order confirmation number at anytime to check the status as well as have our customer service team track your order and let you know exactly where it is.
