1-4 weeks out
- Finalize golf pairings
- Give final number of participants to golf course
- Inventory of all gifts and prizes
- Create duties and schedule of events timeline for day of the event (see below)
- Reconfirm all outside suppliers
- Have final meeting with golf course and food and beverage staff at facility
- Create gift bags
